NOTIFICATION ON TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES WITHIN THE ISSUER
Pursuant to the law on capital market, JUGOPETROL AD (hereinafter referred to as: "JUGOPETROL AD" or "the Issuer") provides the following information to the market and to the public in general:
Mr Tripko Krgovic, member of the Board of Directors of the Issuer, informed the Issuer that through CKB custody he acquired shares of the Issuer designated ISIN MEJGPKRA0KO1:
3000 shares at the price of 12.5 EUR on 30.12.2022, and
2000 shares at the price of 12.5 EUR on 09.01.2023.
